Hakka people are called "the people on the hills". Hakka culture not only inherits the ancient orthodox Han culture, but also integrates the southern aboriginal culture. Also because of the environmental impact of living in the hills for a long time, the Hakkas have formed a distinctive culture. The Hakka culture is known as the living fossil of the ancient Han culture. The characteristics of the Hakka culture includes cultivation and reading, ancestor worship, the idea of emphasizing education, the consciousness of seeking roots, as well as pioneering spirit.
As a Hakka, Zhang Xuezheng, chairman of Wingtech, has been practicing his love for Hakka with practical actions: in 2020, he donated 1 million CNY to Meizhou people's hospital to fight against the COVID-19 epidemic through Meizhou Red Cross Society; in the celebration of the 110th anniversary of the founding of Meizhou Pingyuan middle school, he donated 1.1 million CNY to establish Winsky lecture school, and regularly invited Hakka villagers, famous scholars and experts. In order to support the development of education in Pingyuan County, Chairman Zhang once again donated 9.99 million yuan to the development education foundation of Pingyuan County, Meizhou City, hoping that more Hakka children will have a brighter future through the investment in education.
Chairman Zhang has always kept in mind and fulfilled the Hakka people's "perseverance and unyielding" spirit, which has also become the DNA of Wingtech Technology's corporate culture. Wingtech's R&D and design are constantly improving, Wingtech's factory manufacturing is meticulous, Wingtech's quality system is always prepared, and Wingtech's marketing is indomitable.
